The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts has beautiful outside grounds with cream colored buildings that provide a highly sought after backdrop for photo shoots. This is one of my favorite and most requested locations to take photos, so I had to make it happen for this month’s mini sessions.

The guys were hanging out and getting ready as we arrived. Jayme had such a fun, laid back group of guys. After hanging out with them for a bit, we headed to the outskirts of town to the venue. I have been to The Barn at Timber Creek several times as a guest, but never a photographer. I was so honored that I was able to check it off of my list.

Jenna and Bob are so. much. fun. They don’t take themselves too seriously and they both have the most contagious laughs. Their wedding day was a gorgeous 80-degree fall day. The Virginia leaves just started changing colors and, with the exception of the warmer temperatures, everything around us screamed “it’s fall y’all.”
